Latest Meeting Minutes Posted
The HOA has posted the February and April 2023 meeting minutes to our HOA Documents page for downloading.
Please be advised there are no March 2023 meeting minutes (the board did not meet for general business) and the minutes from May's meeting will be posted once the board meets again at the end of July and has an opportunity to confirm the previous meeting minutes. Please also note there are no June 2023 meeting minutes either (again, the board did not meet for general business in June).
Community Input
The Withers Grove HOA is seeking community input in the form of two survey questions. They are located here on the home page in the left column. Please take a moment to log in and vote on them. The HOA tries very hard to keep the site updated and to communicate to the community as a whole through this website. We realize Facebook, Nextdoor, and other avenues of communication are readily available at your finger tips but this is our "official platform" and we would love to know how to make it better and more useful for our community patrons.
If you would like to see more surveys on different topics or if you would like to send us a suggestion on additional ways to communicate (perhaps a community messenger/chat platform such as our own Slack, Discord, Telegram, or Matrix server/group?) or suggestions on clubs and committees or on any topic at all, please send us an email via our Contact Us page from the top menu or email us directly at info@withersgrove.com.
